Technology
Powder coating of metal products in our production is carried out in three stages:
1. Surface preparation. Stubborn dirt, rust or paint is removed by sandblasting . After cleaning, chemical degreasing, phosphating and application of a zinc-containing primer are carried out to protect the product from corrosion.
2. Paint application. Prepared metal products are sent to a spray booth equipped with sprayers from the Swiss company GEMA. The paint is sprayed under the influence of electrostatic forces - the powder evenly covers parts with the opposite electric charge and penetrates into hard-to-reach places.
3. Polymerization. After the second stage, the items are placed in a polymerization chamber or oven and kept at a temperature of about 200°C. Under such conditions, the powder dye polymerizes, forming a durable and reliable coating. The duration of the procedure is 15-30 minutes. After leaving the furnace and cooling down, the product is completely ready for use.

Note * :
- The cost of painting a prefabricated product or a product of complex configuration is calculated as the sum of the cost of painting its constituent parts.
- The maximum length of profile products accepted for painting is 7000 mm.
- For painting a profile with an outer perimeter of a section of less than 150 mm, an extra charge of 30%.
- When choosing an exclusive paint (different in gloss, structure, metallic effect), the cost of the paint must be clarified with the Contractor. Exclusive paint is considered paint, the purchase price of which exceeds 900 grn. per kg.
