Decoration of wood and stone is used in the production of a wide range of products. Decorated aluminum profiles are used for the production of office partitions, doors, windows and other elements of building structures.

Decoration is also used to add aesthetic appeal to all kinds of metal products, for example:

  1. Decorating under a tree is relevant in the manufacture of profiles for the furniture industry . Corners and rails, load-bearing structures and shelving shelves, elements of office partitions are in harmony with the wooden components of the interior, while they are able to withstand heavy loads.
  1. Metal thresholds for sealing joints are widely used when laying parquet, wooden boards, laminate. They are no less relevant in places where wooden flooring is replaced by tiles made of natural stone or its ceramic imitation. In this case, the threshold can be chosen both in the color of the wood and in the color of the stone.
  2. Decorative painting under the stone allows you to get products for interior decoration of halls, bathrooms, kitchens. Unlike natural material, with high strength, they are light in weight, which is their undoubted advantage. So, to reduce the load on the ceilings, in rooms with natural stone trim, you can use metal suspended ceilings with an imitation of the texture and color of marble, granite, malachite.
  3. Decorative powder-coated metal products perfectly resist moisture and aggressive environments , so they are indispensable for creating decorative finishes for special rooms - laboratories, swimming pools, and shower cabins.
  4. The decor allows the use of metal finishing materials in combination with natural ones: with stone plinth, wood walls and additional elements. Providing a perfect imitation of natural material, painting metal like wood or stone makes the product wear-, moisture- and UV-resistant.

Technology for applying a decorative layer

Decorative painting under a tree or a stone is carried out when working with a product on which a layer of powder paint has already been applied. Decorating takes place in a special heating chamber, where, under the influence of high temperature, the coloring matter is absorbed by a layer of powder paint, which acts as a base primer.

Like the standard powder coating of siding (metal siding) and corrugated board, imitating wood and stone, the decor creates a coating that has a long service life, practically does not fade, is not afraid of scratches and bumps. It is enough just to choose the right color and place an order, especially since the decorative painting of metal to look like wood or stone is quite inexpensive.
Note
The ability to use powder paint with various decor options significantly expands the range of textures and colors of metal siding, as well as a number of finishing and roofing materials made of metal, such as corrugated board. In the standard version, powder coating of corrugated board or metal siding allows you to get the product in one of the colors of the RAL palette. Decorative painting using thermal vacuum application technology makes it possible to complement the standard color palette with original shades that imitate precious wood. This process is called sublimation. Sublimation on metal technology allows you to create high-quality images of wood or stone texture on painted metal surfaces, resistant to abrasion and mechanical damage.

Edemchik specialists introduced an original technology of two - color decorative painting of the profile . Our equipment allows you to create a combined surface with two different decor options or combine powder coating with decoration. In today's industry, this service is gaining more and more popularity.

Sublimation of a metal profile is carried out using a heat chamber and a special decorative film. Under the influence of vacuum and high temperature, the pattern is transferred to a product pre-coated with powder paint and reliably imprinted into the surface under pressure. Acting as a spectacular decoration of the profile, sublimation on metal retains all the advantages of its powder coating.
